Technical issues with filing online complaint forms have now been resolved as of May 10, 2024.

  • Hearing scheduling underway
    May 10, 2024 The Tribunal has begun scheduling hearings after a temporary pause related to its backlog strategy. The Tribunal is scheduling hearings in the order of the date the complaint was filed, from oldest to newest.   • May 2024 update
    May 1, 2024 The Tribunal is pleased to report progress under its Backlog Strategy. As at May 1, the Tribunal has 524 open Covid-related cases in its inventory, down from 946 at the beginning of the backlog project.
